White Tea Balls (Bai Zhu)

White Tea Balls – This premium White ball (Bai Zhu) is made from bud and leaf which is lightly processed, rolled into an sphere and wrapped in foil.  Deeply aromatic and buttery on the palate each ball can be reused 4 of 5 times. Every time you reinfuse the ball the leaves open a little more and the flavour becomes a little more intense. A traditional style tea that is designed to be reinfused and drunk all day. Our teamakers favourite is the 3rd and 4th brew.
