  1. Excellent tea in attractive yet functional packaging together with fantastic customer service – Arj responded personally to a specific request I sent via the website within a minute. I’ll be an ongoing customer, and I am fussy about my tea.

  2. I have been drinking white tea for many years. It is something that I enjoy. Unless I’m doing something wrong, I find that your tea packaging isn’t resealable.

  3. High quality tea and very good price.

  4. Although this was my first order with XO Teas. I have been enjoying Silver Needle White Tea for many years. Thanks for the prompt filling and posting of my order.

  5. Delivery service was efficient and timely. The Silver Needles tea is a great example from Yunnan. Yunnan is considered to be less refined than premier silver needles from Fujian. The cost is much less than Fujian tea. The Yunnan tea is mellow with a slight malty, hay like flavour. I find giving it a longer brewing time (between 5 to 7 minutes) enhances the flavour.
