Love the quality. Excellent service.
Bought this one as a building and stabilising background tea to add to my daily ones (along with Nettle and Couch grass). Works well with the Nettle I bought as a nutritive tonic. I tend to steep this for a few hours and have it poured over ice while we are in summer. Both Nettle and Oats Straw have bioavailable minerals that are best drawn out over a long steep.
Oats straw with chamomile, passionflower and lemon balm for a calming nerving tonic at night – while oats straw doesn’t have an instantaneous effect it does quietly work on our nervous system. Anywho! It’s all fascinating stuff. Thanks XO teas, I just wish they had a members program like some of the other bulk tea suppliers!
