Long Jing Green Tea Premium Certified Organic – Long Jing, also named Dragonwell tea, is the most revered green tea in China. With a delicious flavour the manufacturing process of this tea is extremely labour intensive. Its production is reserved for the most skilled tea masters as it employs dozens of ancient techniques to create the tea which makes this premium grade Long Jing in short supply. There are many styles of Long Jing tea but the true crops originate from a town called West Lake outside Hangzhou, China.
