Japanese Matcha Special Blend Green Tea – Bursting with antioxidants, Matcha green tea is well known for it’s health promoting properties due to it’s high catechin content. This is a single origin blend made in house sourced from three gardens from the Shizouka Prefecture. With a bright appearance and a smooth flavour this is for all matcha drinkers who like good quality but don’t want to pay for ceremonial grade.

Decent everyday matcha with mild umami and slight astringency—competent but lacks the depth and sweetness of higher-grade ceremonial blends. Good value & Great for matcha latte with Bonsoy.
This is my favourite matcha to date, smooth and rich, very similar to the ceremonial grade that I used to get elsewhere but for a fraction of the price. Thanks XO Tea 🙂
