This is my second purchase as I was happy for the first delivery was fast and efficient. I wanted to continue to purchase.
But this time I found a hair inside a bag of rose petals purchased from this supplier. Because I run a tea business, this meant I had to discard the entire batch for safety reasons and could not use it for my customers.
What was most disappointing was the response. Instead of taking responsibility, the company simply pointed me to their FAQ stating that impurities may occur and that customers should clean the product themselves.
When you supply ingredients that will be used in food or beverages, quality control should be a priority. Passing the responsibility to the customer is not acceptable.
Unfortunately this experience showed a lack of accountability and has made me reconsider sourcing from this supplier in the future.
