Our Organic Matcha has the vein and stems meticulously removed prior to processing for a cleaner Matcha experience. Suitable for tea drinking as well as culinary applications. This bulk grade tea hails from a small garden in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
For a higher Japanese grades we can offer organic culinary premium and ceremonial matcha.

My parcel came with a hole in it and matcha all through the mailbox!, as for the flavour it’s a nice simple matcha it’s on the bitter side but it’s okay! As it’s a cheaper alternative to my ones direct from Japan. It’s not a nutty matcha I do a higher gram matcha 10g and 10g of monk fruit sweetener with 50g of 80°c water then ice and topped with 130ml full cream milk. I find that this matcha is less strong than the tins I got from Japan but it’s good for everyday!
I am bummed that it has a hole but I store it in my fellow electric atmos vacuum canister to not oxidise my product
