Our Organic Matcha has the vein and stems meticulously removed prior to processing for a cleaner Matcha experience. Suitable for tea drinking as well as culinary applications. This ceremonial grade tea hails from a small garden in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.  The garden is the size of a football field and produced only small amounts of  crop each year, almost exclusively for the high end local Japanese market. We are lucky to be able to offer this product.
