It is the only natural method to decaffeinate that allows for retention of the tea flavours and health benefits. Further to this is it the only method allowed in certified organic products. The tea leaves are pressurised with CO2 to break down and remove small caffeine molecules. Its perfect for those who want the health benefits of green tea without all of the caffeine.

Love this tea! Other green teas tend to get quite bitter when steeped for too long but not this one. I have left it steeping for a long time and it’s still been delicious. A wonderful tea.
