Australian Express Shipping EXPRESS shipping charged at $4.95 for all weights up to 1kg, plus $1/kg after that. For example, an order up to 1kg will cost $4.95 express, but an order greater than 1kg to 2kg will cost $5.95 express. An order of 3kg will cost $6.95 express.  

We understand how important it is to receive your tea order quickly. Express Shipping is your best choice for urgent orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs (Mon-Fri).

Australian Metro 5 – 8 business days 
Australian Rural 6 – 10 business days 

Australian Express Shipping Estimates:
Australian Metro 2 – 5 business days 
Australian Rural 3 – 6 business days

New Zealand Regular Shipping Estimates:
NZ Metro 5  – 10 business days 
NZ Rural 7  – 12 business days 

In circumstances where the courier can not get access to the delivery premises or if they deem it is unsafe to leave the parcel they will deliver it to the nearest parcel pick up point.

Tracking is sent via email when the parcel is picked up from our warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking to ensure you are aware of all parcel updates.

As we predominately used Australia Post we strongly recommend adding your mobile number to your order. Australia Post will text a delivery option to you allowing you to to approve safe drop in the case you are not home to receive the package. If no number is provided or no selection is made, signature on delivery applies.
